Our client is going after a €76Bn+ market that legacy vendors have underserved for decades. This is a senior role with full ROI accountability, where you'll scale proven channels, build new ones from scratch, and ship experiments weekly alongside a lean growth team including the founder, content/marketing lead, founding AE, and two freelancers.

This isn't about managing budgets. You'll own pipeline end-to-end from paid acquisition and organic to outbound sequences, influencer plays, and events with the autonomy to move fast and the accountability to deliver results.

What you will do as Head of Demand Generation...

  • Own Pipeline: Full accountability for qualified leads with target of 600/month (doubling current volume) and clear ROI tracking

  • Scale Proven Channels: Optimize and expand what's already working, Meta ads, Google ads, and organic search

  • Build New Channels: Create outbound lists and sequences, influencer partnerships, webinars, and event presence from scratch

  • Ship Weekly Experiments: Test new ads, audiences, copy angles, and sequences at rapid pace

  • Customer Discovery: Deeply understand Jobs-to-be-Done, channels, and hooks for architects and engineers

  • Attribution & Reporting: Set up tracking, build reports, and tell coherent stories from messy data to guide decisions

What we are looking for…

  • Demand Gen Experience: 3+ years building and scaling demand generation in SMB SaaS (ideally vertical SMB SaaS, e.g., Doctolib, sevDesk, Personio)

  • Paid Acquisition Depth: Shipped and owned Meta and Google campaigns targeted at SMBs thinking in audiences and funnels, not just budget management

  • Outbound Builder: Built list-building and sequencing infrastructure from scratch with proven meeting-booking results

  • Analytical Rigor: Can set up attribution, build reports, and extract coherent narratives from complex data

  • Channel Curiosity: Willing to experiment with TikTok creatives, trade fairs, or community plays if that's where the ICP lives

  • Fluent German: Required for DACH market where customers operate in German
