Location: West Yorkshire or West Midlands (Remote)

 

About the Role:

Reporting to Country Manager, this is a senior, strategic role with a strong focus on winning new business, developing key accounts and driving market expansion for Remagin.

Part of the wider Etex group, Remagin is a specialist provider of innovative off-site construction solutions, focused on light gauge steel framing (LGSF), structural framing systems (SFS) and modern methods of construction.

 

 What you’ll do:

  • Lead and deliver a proactive business development strategy, focused on market growth and winning new opportunities
  • Develop and expand a portfolio of key accounts, strengthening relationships and increasing value
  • Identify, engage and convert opportunities with  contractors, subcontractors and architectural practices
  • Define and implement commercial and go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage, coach and develop a small sales team
  • Collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, manufacturing and operations teams to deliver competitive, high-quality solutions

 

What you’ll need:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales leadership and account growth within similar off-site construction industry
  • Strong knowledge  and experience with SFS, LGSF, off-site construction, MMC or related systems
  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue and delivering against ambitious commercial targets
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation, forecasting and strategic planning
  • Established industry network with the ability to hit the ground running in a client-facing role
  • This role is remote with regular travel across the UK.
