Your role as Guild Lead:
Together with the other Guild Leads and Guild members you will transform and modernize the way we @DCX work with community building and knowledge sharing. You will continue to facilitate the community and ensure we @DCX are leaders and first adopters of new methodologies and frameworks within Salesforce. Your goal will be to empower our team members to develop and grow and create the career path they want; through communicating, collaborating, and connecting within the Guild.
You will:
- Direct the Guild into enabling world-leading inspiration and competence development guidance for our professionals
- Drive and facilitate community building and knowledge sharing within the Guild
- Enable accelerators such as best practices, technical frameworks, templates, re-usable assets
- Provide thought leadership in the future direction of the domain
- Support in Sales activities, creation of Service / Product offerings (on demand of CoE/Accounts)
- As a guild lead you will be connected to our COEs, Global subject matter Experts within your area as well as building your network within DCX (across regions and teams).
- You will work closely with our other Guild Leads and our Head of Guilds to ensure that we create a common way of working within our Guilds.
