Position Summary
We are growing our remote team and looking for friendly, organized individuals who enjoy assisting others and providing a positive customer experience. As a Guest Support Advisor, you will help travelers navigate the planning process by answering questions, researching vacation possibilities, organizing requested services, and providing dependable follow-up.
This opportunity is open to candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. New team members receive training, access to supplier resources, and continued education to build confidence in the role.
Responsibilities
Learn about preferred destinations, dates, budgets, accommodations, and activity interests
Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and other getaway experiences
Identify suitable possibilities based on each traveler's priorities and requests
Provide clear information to help clients understand and compare available choices
Assist with coordinating selected services through approved supplier platforms
Organize reservation details, confirmations, itineraries, schedules, and relevant documentation
Keep clients informed about important updates, deadlines, and next steps
Follow up when additional information or decisions are needed
Respond to routine reservation questions and assist with modifications or special requests
Check traveler information and booking details for accuracy
Maintain organized records of client interactions and active arrangements
Continue developing destination and supplier knowledge through ongoing education
