As a Guest Experience Travel Advisor, you will guide clients through the planning process by researching options, organizing requested services, and providing attentive support leading up to their trip.
This remote opportunity is suitable for both career changers and individuals entering the industry for the first time. Prior travel experience is not required. Training, supplier resources, and continued education are provided.
What You'll Be Doing

Learn about each client's vacation vision, preferred dates, destinations, interests, and budget

Explore resorts, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, tours, excursions, and activities

Research and narrow down choices based on individual traveler preferences

Share relevant information to help clients confidently select vacation options

Coordinate requested accommodations, transportation, experiences, and other trip services

Provide reservation confirmations, itinerary details, schedules, and pre-trip information

Track important planning dates and follow up on items needed to complete arrangements

Maintain communication with travelers and answer questions throughout the planning process

Support routine reservation updates, schedule adjustments, cancellations, and special requests

Check traveler information and reservation details for accuracy
