This is intentionally an open-ended role.
We’re looking for someone who wants to help shape how Rely goes to market and supports customers as we scale. Depending on your background, this role could touch customer success, implementation, support, sales, operations, marketing, or product feedback loops.
The ideal person is highly resourceful, thrives in ambiguity, and is excited to work directly with customers at the forefront of AI adoption in real estate.
We have a strong preference for candidates who have worked in multifamily real estate or real estate financial services and understand the operational complexity of the industry firsthand.
