AI Summary

You will architect and manage automated revenue infrastructure by integrating data flows between HubSpot, Clay, and analytics platforms. Your role involves building predictive lead scoring, optimizing AI workflows, and creating intelligent systems to drive hyper-personalized outreach at scale.

Ready to architect the future of revenue systems? Join Synmatch AI's client as a GTM Engineer with a leading HR platform company that's building a world without borders. You'll treat their revenue engine like a high-performance product, building automated infrastructure that ensures messages hit the right person at the exact moment they're ready to buy.

This isn't a traditional "Ops" role. Our client seeks a systems thinker who bridges technical engineering with revenue strategy. You'll own the logic that powers growth, ensuring data is enriched, the stack is integrated, and outreach is hyper-personalized at scale while working with a global team spread across 26 countries.

You'll be the architect of a self-optimizing growth machine that moves beyond manual spreadsheet work to create intelligent systems using Clay, LLMs, and advanced automation. Your mission is to eliminate inefficiencies and build the "perfect moment" logic for revenue generation.

What you will do as a GTM Engineer...

  • Signal Engineering: Detect high-intent signals (hiring, tech changes, social intent) using Clay, custom scrapers, and LLMs to fuel BDRs and Marketing teams

  • Revenue Architecture: Manage bi-directional data flow between HubSpot, Clay, and HockeyStack while mapping fields correctly and maintaining tracking via GTM

  • Growth Intelligence: Build predictive lead scoring, identify buying centers, and optimize AI credit usage through smart caching logic

  • The "Signal Factory": Use Clay and Claude to build workflows that verify unreliable data and find specific criteria that standard filters miss

  • ABX Logic at Scale: Design logic for ABX motions using Clay for niche scraping and Claude to categorize companies based on complex criteria

  • Perfect Moment Timing: Use HockeyStack behavioral data to trigger automated BDR alerts when accounts show activity surges

  • AI Efficiency: Design workflows that optimize AI credit consumption while maintaining fresh database quality

  • Agentic Enablement: Build AI agents that research companies and draft personalized briefings for Account Executives

What we are looking for…

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or Marketing Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS environment

  • Tool Expertise: Expert-level HubSpot experience (Sales and Marketing Hubs) with deep familiarity with Clay, Make.com, or Zapier

  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with web scraping, API integrations, and LLMs (Claude, OpenAI) for processing unstructured data

  • Analytics Proficiency: Proven track record managing Google Tag Manager setups and attribution tools like HockeyStack or Dreamdata

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (non-technical degrees with proven RevOps implementation welcome)

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data sets and identify trends, signals, and correlations that drive pipeline growth

  • Systems Thinking: "T-Shaped" builder who gets annoyed by manual processes and thinks in "If-This-Then-That" logic

Tech Stack you'll work with:

  • Orchestration: Clay, Make.com, n8n, Python scripts

  • CRM/RevOps: HubSpot

  • Analytics & Attribution: HockeyStack, Google Tag Manager, GA4

  • Artificial Intelligence: Claude, OpenAI, and other LLM tools

Benefits and perks…

  • Global, remote, and thriving: Join a global team across 26 countries with WorkFlex program for location flexibility

  • Your well-being is our priority: Dedicated Well-Being Day for mental health and recharge time

  • Get fit and stay active: Subsidized gym memberships for yoga, weightlifting, or cardio activities
