Role Description
The Growth Support Coordinator is a remote, part-time role providing client support and assisting with the coordination of educational programs and services.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, communicates naturally and confidently, and is organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating client communications and responding to enquiries.
- Supporting a positive and consistent client experience across email, messaging platforms, and online sessions.
- Maintaining client records and scheduling calls and follow-ups.
- Providing basic technical guidance to help clients access online tools and educational resources.
- Organising digital materials and preparing session summaries and updates.
- Helping identify ways to improve client engagement and support processes.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and communicate clearly.
- Previous customer service, client coordination, administration, education, or other client-facing experience.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Confidence using online platforms, email, video conferencing, and shared documents.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and willingness to learn new systems.
- A genuine interest in personal development, leadership, and lifelong learning.
