We're hiring a Growth Specialist at JRR Marketing. Bring your writing skills and learn how to turn good content into stronger campaigns across Google Ads and SEO.

You'll work across complete campaigns. That means writing blog posts and website copy. You'll help plan campaign pages and design wireframes with training from us. You'll improve ad performance and lead quality while keeping clients informed about progress.

You'll typically support 3 to 5 clients. We provide marketing education and regular coaching alongside written procedures and hands-on support. You'll have responsibility for your work and people to learn from as you develop.

What you'll get

• PHP 60k to PHP 90k base salary per month. Salary renegotiations are ongoing and based on delivered value.

• Monthly performance bonuses of up to PHP 10k.

• PHP 10k for a successful staff referral and up to PHP 20k per new client referral.

• Paid time off starting at 5 days per year and increasing with tenure. Your birthday is also paid leave.

• Prepaid health insurance for Filipino staff after 120 days with up to 80% coverage.

Bonuses are discretionary and separate from base salary.

How we work

This is a full-time remote role open to applicants worldwide. You'll work 40 hours per week with pay twice monthly. Client tasks are managed in Staff App and payroll time is tracked in Trackabi.

You'll need strong professional English for writing and client conversations. Show us work you've personally produced. You should enjoy learning across marketing channels and taking responsibility for deadlines and results.
