About The Opportunity

GMT Strategy is seeking highly motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals to help local businesses grow through advanced marketing systems, customer targeting, and business strategy.

What You’ll Do

• As a Growth Partner, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business
• opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Responsibilities include:
  
• Cold calling local businesses
• Visiting businesses in person to introduce solutions
• Building relationships with business owners
• Prospecting and generating new leads
• Setting appointments and conducting discovery conversations
• Presenting marketing and business growth opportunities
• Following up with prospects consistently
• Managing your own local territory and pipeline
• Collaborating with GMT Strategy leadership on proposals and closing opportunities

Ideal Candidate

Compensation

This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity with uncapped earnings.

Compensation is based on recurring monthly client revenue and performance.

High-performing Growth Partners have the ability to build substantial recurring income through consistent client acquisition.

There is no cap on earnings.
