THE MISSION
To own and evolve our email marketing program while simultaneously leading and guiding our customer data platform across other digital marketing channels and direct mail. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data infrastructure, and intelligent automation.
You will join a team that is actively investing in centralized audience segment and being AI-first. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage batch-and-blast campaigns — it is for a modern marketer who understands that the future of email, direct mail, and cross-channel orchestration lives inside a well-architected customer data platform.
This role reports directly to the Director of Growth Marketing. You will collaborate closely with the data team, growth marketing team members, product, brand, and data automation teams.
