It manages and markets short-term rental properties for owners while providing guest-focused services, property marketing, pricing, communication, and hospitality operations.

โœ Short Description:

The Growth Marketing Specialist will own the marketing function with a primary focus on generating direct bookings, qualified leads, and measurable revenue growth. This role will connect content, paid advertising, SEO, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization into a cohesive direct-to-consumer marketing engine. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple marketing functions, taking ownership from strategy through execution, and evaluating performance based on leads, bookings, ROI, and revenue rather than visibility metrics alone. This is a hands-on opportunity to help build and grow a modern marketing presence from the ground up.

๐Ÿ’ผ Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on increasing direct bookings, qualified leads, and revenue while reducing reliance on third-party booking platforms.

  • Build and optimize marketing funnels from traveler discovery through inquiry, booking, and repeat business, tracking marketing-generated leads through to actual booking revenue.

  • Manage direct-to-consumer initiatives including email marketing, lead capture, retargeting, promotions, repeat-guest campaigns, audience segmentation, CRM/database marketing, referral, and loyalty strategies.

  • Create and manage content across web, social, email, and other digital channels, coordinating photography, video, written content, and campaigns around destinations, properties, seasons, events, promotions, and guest experiences.

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, retargeting, search, display, and other relevant channels, including audience targeting, keyword research, creative testing, budget allocation, conversion tracking, and optimization.

  • Improve organic search visibility through keyword and competitive research, high-intent travel content, website structure, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and ongoing performance monitoring.

  • Support emerging AI-driven search and travel discovery through Generative Engine Optimization, structured and machine-readable content, and other relevant approaches.

  • Analyze marketing performance using metrics such as cost per lead, cost per booking, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, conversion rates, organic traffic, and actual booking revenue, and use these insights to identify growth and optimization opportunities.

  • Relevant hands-on marketing experience across multiple digital marketing functions, with the ability to connect marketing activity to leads, bookings, and revenue.

  • Experience with direct-to-consumer marketing, lead generation, paid advertising, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, or related digital marketing functions.

  • Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta/Instagram, including campaign creation, audience targeting, testing, budget allocation, conversion tracking, and optimization.

  • Familiarity with analytics and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Brevo, Canva, or comparable tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new platforms.

  • Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, audience segmentation, retargeting, CRM/database marketing, and performance measurement.

  • Strong content instincts and the ability to develop or coordinate effective web, social, email, and other digital content.

  • Analytical and results-oriented, with an understanding of KPIs including cost per lead, cost per booking, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, conversion performance, and revenue.

  • Ability to work independently across multiple marketing functions and proactively identify, test, and implement opportunities for growth.
