As the organization continues expanding its customer acquisition efforts, they are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to execute high-impact marketing campaigns, optimize performance across digital channels, and support product launches through data-driven decision-making.
The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and business growth. The Growth Marketing Specialist will manage email marketing initiatives, paid advertising campaigns, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis while collaborating closely with the Content Creator and leadership team. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys experimentation, continuous optimization, and using data to improve campaign performance.
Fully Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
Develop customer segmentation strategies and automated email workflows.
Monitor email performance and improve engagement through testing and optimization.
Support lifecycle marketing initiatives that improve customer retention and acquisition.
Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on key performance metrics.
Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
Conduct A/B testing across campaigns, messaging, creatives, and landing pages.
Analyze customer acquisition and campaign performance data.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide data-driven recommendations that improve campaign performance.
Partner with the Content Creator to align creative assets with campaign goals.
Collaborate with leadership on campaign planning and marketing priorities.
Support integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Contribute ideas that improve execution, performance, and customer acquisition.
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or similar marketing roles.
Experience managing email marketing campaigns.
Experience managing paid media campaigns.
Experience supporting customer acquisition initiatives.
Experience optimizing campaigns through testing and performance analysis.
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
Strong understanding of paid advertising and customer acquisition.
Experience conducting A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Strong written communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to make data-driven recommendations that improve marketing performance.
