Position Overview

ReBiz is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation initiatives and drive qualified pipeline growth. This role will work directly with the VP of Marketing to develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting multi-unit retail operators across the United States.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has proven experience managing demand generation programs across outbound, paid media, content marketing, and account-based marketing channels. Success in this role will be measured primarily by the generation of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and contribution to pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition:
Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns targeting ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
Create campaign strategies including audience segmentation, channel selection, messaging angles, offers, and success metrics.
Manage and optimize multi-channel lead generation programs, including:
Cold email campaigns
LinkedIn outreach
LinkedIn Ads
Google Ads
Content syndication
Webinars and virtual events
Retargeting campaigns
List-based marketing programs
Own and manage outbound email infrastructure, including domain setup, deliverability monitoring, warm-up processes, sequencing, and optimization.
Design and execute structured testing strategies for messaging, offers, audiences, channels, and calls-to-action.
Continuously evaluate campaign performance and scale successful initiatives while discontinuing underperforming efforts.

Marketing Operations & CRM Management:
Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate segmentation, lead tracking, and database hygiene.
Build and optimize workflows for lead capture, scoring, routing, nurturing, and lifecycle management.
Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, assets, performance metrics, and action plans.
Collaborate with content and design stakeholders to identify and test effective creative and messaging approaches.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:
Monitor and report on key marketing metrics including:
Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Conversion rates
Channel performance
Pipeline contribution
Present weekly performance reports and actionable recommendations to leadership.
Analyze campaign results, identify opportunities for improvement, and proactively implement optimizations.
Maintain a structured campaign learning repository documenting hypotheses, execution approaches, outcomes, and key insights.

Partner & Account-Based Marketing:
Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with technology and channel partners.
Coordinate marketing assets, campaign timelines, and partner deliverables.
Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives through audience segmentation, targeted advertising, and personalized nurture programs.
Build and manage tiered target account lists to support pipeline generation efforts.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles.
Hands-on experience executing campaigns across outbound, paid media, content marketing, and lead generation channels.
Strong understanding of marketing funnel management and lead qualification processes.
Experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Advanced HubSpot experience, including workflows, automation, reporting, lifecycle stages, and segmentation.
Experience with cold email platforms, deliverability best practices, and outbound campaign management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic technical SEO.
Familiarity with lead enrichment and intent platforms such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar tools.
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
Experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or co-marketing initiatives.
Background in niche B2B SaaS or vertical-specific markets.
Experience marketing to retail, franchise, or multi-location business operators.
Familiarity with short-form video marketing and LinkedIn content repurposing strategies.

Execute multiple demand generation campaigns simultaneously.
Launch and optimize paid advertising initiatives.
Generate measurable engagement, responses, and booked meetings through outbound efforts.
Contribute qualified opportunities to the sales pipeline.

First 90 Days:
Deliver consistent weekly SQL generation.
Establish clear channel performance benchmarks and cost metrics.
Present proactive campaign recommendations and optimization plans.
Demonstrate measurable impact on pipeline growth.
