We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who loves turning ideas into results.
Our marketing team has no shortage of opportunities, campaigns, and growth ideas. What we're missing is another high-caliber operator who can take ownership of those opportunities and execute them to a high standard.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll work closely with leadership and the marketing team to identify growth opportunities, build campaigns, launch initiatives, measure results, and continuously improve performance.
You'll also bring an invaluable USA perspective to our business. We see significant growth potential in the American market and want someone who understands the culture, buying behaviour, language, and nuances that can help us identify opportunities and avoid blind spots.
This is not a role for someone who wants to simply manage vendors or coordinate projects. It's for someone who enjoys building, testing, launching, optimizing, and winning.
The exact priorities will evolve, but examples of projects you may own include:
Building and optimizing webinar funnels
Launching quiz funnels and lead generation campaigns
Improving booked call show-up rates and conversion performance
Developing and executing New growth strategies
Supporting book launches and book-driven marketing campaigns
Creating and optimizing direct response campaigns
Collaborating with content, sales, and leadership teams to execute growth initiatives
Identifying new marketing opportunities and taking them from idea to implementation
Using AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, campaign execution, and analysis
Tracking performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
High-quality marketing projects are consistently launched and completed
Growth opportunities move from idea to execution quickly
Marketing campaigns generate measurable business results
New opportunities within the USA market are identified and successfully tested
Marketing systems become more efficient through smart use of technology and AI
The team has greater capacity because projects are being owned and driven forward
You're the type of person who gets excited by responsibility.
You don't wait to be told exactly what to do. You see an opportunity, develop a plan, and execute.
You understand that great marketing is both creative and analytical. You can come up with compelling ideas, but you're equally comfortable looking at the numbers and making decisions based on what works.
You enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where there are always more opportunities than available resources. Rather than being overwhelmed by that, you're energized by it.
Most importantly, you care about results and take pride in doing great work.
Proven experience in growth marketing, direct response marketing, or demand generation
Experience marketing high-ticket services, coaching programs, consulting, education, or information products
Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation, and customer acquisition
Experience with webinars, paid advertising, social media marketing, launches, and campaign execution
Ability to write persuasive direct response copy
Comfortable working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and similar systems
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with marketing data and KPIs
Advanced user of AI tools and committed to continuously improving how you use them
Experience working remotely and managing projects independently
Experience marketing to the construction industry
Experience marketing books or book launches
Experience selling into the USA market
Experience working within entrepreneurial or founder-led businesses
