About the Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to drive top-of-funnel for our prediction-markets and crypto-exchange-infrastructure business.

You’ll serve as Shift’s remote prediction-markets industry connector, helping us track market developments, build relationships across relevant online communities, identify commercial opportunities, and strengthen Shift’s credibility within the prediction-markets ecosystem. Day to day, you’ll contribute industry insights and content, build AI-enabled research workflows, and work with our Sales and Partnerships teams to turn market signals and relationships into opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Contribute prediction-market insights, commentary, and industry-led content in collaboration with Shift’s Content & Social Media Marketer. Help ensure Shift’s content reflects current market conversations, trends, and developments.

• Engage with relevant online communities and industry conversations across X, Reddit, newsletters, forums, and other digital channels to build relationships and identify useful market signals.

• Build and operate advanced AI-enabled workflows for prediction-market research, competitor monitoring, market intelligence, content ideation, and prospect discovery. Connect tools and data sources to create repeatable workflows rather than using AI solely for basic drafting.

• Run email nurture campaigns through Klaviyo for our prediction-markets lane.

• Identify potential prospects, partners, and commercial opportunities through online research, community engagement, and market monitoring, and route relevant opportunities to the Sales and Partnerships teams.

• Monitor prediction-market, crypto, trading, competitor, regulatory, and key-opinion-leader activity, and translate relevant developments into concise briefs and recommendations the team can act on.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent evidence of meaningful involvement in prediction markets, crypto, trading, growth, content, business development, research, or related online communities.

• Advanced practical fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent platforms. You must be able to demonstrate at least one substantive workflow, automation, agent, research system, or other project you have built and shipped using these tools.

• A public writing voice. Send us your X, Substack, Reddit, blog, GitHub, or anywhere else you ship. Followers don't matter; voice does.

• Evidence of active industry participation, such as public research, social commentary, community involvement, relevant personal projects, trading activity, newsletters, videos, or an existing online network within prediction markets, crypto, or trading.

• Real curiosity about prediction markets, crypto, and the future of trading infrastructure. You don't need a finance degree, but you should be able to explain what a prediction market is and why it matters in two sentences.
  

Bonus Points

• Crypto-native. You've used a wallet, you follow CT, and you can explain who our competitors are.

• Relevant experience in marketing, content, research, business development, partnerships, or growth within crypto, fintech, trading, marketplaces, or another technology sector.

• You've built and shipped something publicly. An agent, an app, a content series, a newsletter.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Apollo, or similar GTM tooling.
