Growth Content Manager

This is a remote position.

You’ll be hands-on throughout the process, coming up with ideas, writing copy, producing content, and developing creative concepts in collaboration with our performance marketers. You’ll also brief and guide our designer and video creator to bring campaign ideas to life.

Working closely with sales and other teams, you’ll identify business priorities, understand what resonates with customers, and turn those insights into content and campaigns that generate leads and drive growth.

• The creative side of our acquisition campaigns, from concept and messaging to the final ad
  
• Regular check-ins with key sales stakeholders to understand what’s coming next, which products to push, and what customers are asking for
  
• Briefing and directing designer and video creator, giving clear feedback, and holding a high-quality bar
  
• Collecting input from SEO writers, sales, and other teams, and turning it into a clear content and campaign plan
  
• Building and running the content and campaign calendar
  
• Testing creative constantly: new hooks, formats, angles, and messages, and learning from the data what actually converts
  
• Writing copy for ads and social yourself, and creating content hands-on
  
• Keeping up with platform changes, ad trends, and what the best international brands are doing, and bringing that into the team
  
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years in social media, performance creative, or advertising, with a clear track record in paid social and acquisition campaigns
  
• A strong portfolio of ads and campaigns you’ve led, ideally with results you can talk about
  
• A real understanding of what makes an ad perform on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  
• Excellent copywriting skills and a strong eye for visuals and video
  
• Experience directing designers and video creators and getting great work out of them
  
• Comfort working with numbers and using data to make creative decisions
  
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with sales, management, and specialists
  
• English language Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  

• Experience managing social media or ad creative for international brands
  
• Experience making complex topics (finance, fintech, legal, tech, or similar) simple and appealing
  
• Experience in fast-moving, growth-focused companies
