AI Summary

Oversee the delivery of weekly group therapy sessions and provide clinical oversight for OTA caseloads. Develop client goals and care plans while supervising and mentoring Occupational Therapy Assistants.

The Role

We’re looking for a Registered Occupational Therapist who thrives on group dynamics, collaboration, and creativity. If you love supporting kids and teens in social learning environments and guiding a team of OTAs, this role may be the perfect fit. As our Group Program OT, you’ll oversee the delivery of weekly group sessions, providing both clinical oversight and direct member support. You’ll be the steady guide for care plans, scheduling, and OTA supervision — ensuring therapy feels playful, engaging, and purposeful.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical oversight for group programs and OTA caseloads
  • Support scheduling needs, including reschedules, group changes, and pauses
  • Develop and update client goals and care plans in collaboration with families
  • Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs)
  • Oversee scheduling processes to maintain balanced and effective group sessions
  • Respond to member and family inquiries with clear, supportive communication

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered OT in Canada (Ontario/BC preferred)
  • Experience with paediatrics, neurodivergence, or group and online therapy settings
  • Ability to guide and mentor OTAs in session delivery
  • Comfort with virtual platforms (Minecraft, VR, Teams)
  • A playful, positive approach that keeps members engaged and growing

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have led gaming groups, esports teams, or online communities.
  • Have skills or experience with virtual reality (VR)
  • Are skilled at weaving fun into structured goals — making play both exciting and purposeful.

Perks of Joining Mud Club

  • 100% remote
  • Be part of a warm, creative, and supportive team of therapists and gamers.
  • Use gaming as a force for good — helping kids build skills, confidence, and friendships.
  • Yes, you really do get to play Minecraft for work (but with purpose).
