Group Head of Information Systems & Business Applications (gn)

Your mission

The Bikeleasing Group is one of Germany's leading employer benefit and mobility solutions groups – comprising 5 specialized companies covering multi-benefit, leasing, insurance, and refurbished bike retail. Our IT is the backbone that everything else is built on. As Group Head of Information Systems & Business Applications (gn), you'll take on a central leadership role: leading our existing Information Systems team, actively shaping the build-up of the new Business Applications area, and ensuring our cloud-based IT infrastructure stays secure, efficient, and future-proof. You're technically grounded, embrace responsibility – and know how to truly bring a team along. If You want to shape things rather than just manage them, we'd love to hear from you!

• You take on disciplinary leadership and development of the Information Systems team (6 people) as well as the new Business Applications area
• You define the strategy for both areas, align it with the CTO, and implement it together with Your teams
• You plan, monitor, and optimize our fully cloud-based in-house IT (Microsoft stack: Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Azure) – including license management and budget
• You are responsible for compliance with our IT security policies in line with ISO 27001, as well as data protection and compliance
• You coordinate IT projects, drive efficiency and innovation topics, and actively introduce AI-powered processes into in-house IT

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in a lead role with disciplinary management responsibility for IT teams – You've actively shaped recruiting, onboarding, and career development
• 6+ years of experience with cloud-based Microsoft services (Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Azure, MS CRM) including license management and operating environments with 100+ devices
• Deep knowledge of IT security concepts in the context of ISO 27001 / information security
• Confident in contract and budget negotiations, with experience setting up and managing IT budgets
• Strong communication skills – towards the team as well as stakeholders; German at C-level (working language), English at least B2
• Nice to have: experience using AI in an in-house IT context or managing SAP Public Cloud software
