Ideal Profile
You are a commercially minded campaign and marketing professional who takes ownership seriously. You understand that every campaign exists to create revenue, not noise. You are organised enough to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, but flexible enough to adapt when priorities shift. You are comfortable in a fast-moving, small-team environment where you will not always have all the answers but are expected to find them. You communicate proactively, flag problems early, and treat client relationships with care. You do not need someone to define every task for you. You are energised by variety, driven by results, and confident enough to push back when a brief is not clear or a strategy is not working. You bring a genuine interest in B2B sales and marketing - not as separate disciplines, but as a connected system that, when aligned, creates real business outcomes.
