Graphic Designer, Print and Digital

ReminderMedia is hiring a Graphic Designer, Print & Digital to create new designs across our full product line: branded magazines, print templates, postcards, emails, and social media graphics. You will bring a marketing eye to every piece, designing not just for how it looks but for whether it gets results: scans, clicks, and engagement. 

This role goes beyond magazine layout. You will build the templates and designs our clients customize, test new designs in market, and work directly with clients to see what performs. 

About ReminderMedia 

ReminderMedia is a relationship marketing company serving real estate, insurance, and financial services professionals. We help them stay in touch with their clients through personally branded magazines, postcard campaigns, and digital marketing services. 

Responsibilities 

• Own all design in Magazine Studio, our online magazine customization platform: build and load each issue's articles, add timely articles between issues, create new templates for existing articles, and design templates for new pieces as we add them, such as back inside covers, back outside covers, and tear-out cards, in every required size. 

• Design new postcards and run design tests, such as sending several very different designs to separate audience groups to find what gets the most scans. 

• Produce a new social media theme of 20 designs every other week for our clients' social library. 

• Design email templates for Email Studio, our client email product, and create in Email Studio. Create content ads and new formats for client letters. 

• Turn the best custom work from our Creative Services team into templates every client can use. 

• Join product and client calls, and work with agents directly to get feedback in real time. 

• Help direct and refine output from AI design tools so it matches our clean, upscale brand. 

• Keep every piece consistent with the look of our brand standards. 

Requirements

Qualifications 

Required 

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in marketing, direct mail, or an agency 

• A portfolio showing both print (postcards, mailers, publications), email, and social media work 

• Strong Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills 

• Comfortable learning web-based design and template tools beyond InDesign 

• Thinks in terms of results: can explain why a design should perform, and enjoys testing to find out 

• Takes feedback well and can turn work around quickly to meet steady deadlines 

Preferred 

• Experience designing templates or systems that non-designers customize 

• Experience with print production and file prep 

• Familiarity with AI design tools, Canva, Replit, or similar platforms 

• Knowledge of real estate, insurance, or financial services marketing
