The Role

• Static ad creative for Meta and paid social, produced reliably across the full active client roster, not just one or two accounts at a time.
• Landing page design: on-brand, conversion-focused pages built from a brief through to client-ready.
• Email design: campaign and template-level creative for client email programs.
• Full ownership of the output, brief to delivery, without an agency layer or account manager in between; the CEO and account leads are the client interface, not a go-between on the work itself.

The Person

• Strong direct-to-consumer / e-commerce design experience: genuinely good design taste, not just competent execution.
• Comfortable owning static ads, landing pages, and email design concurrently across multiple clients, not a single-account specialist.
• Track record of reliable, on-time delivery at volume: this role exists specifically because the current setup doesn't scale.
• Comfortable being on calls with clients, and taking feedback.
• Comfortable being the one name behind the work for a boutique agency; reliability and discretion matter as much as the work itself.
• Comfortable overlapping with some US hours.
