Job Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, innovative Graphic Designer to become an integral part of our Promotions and User Acquisition teams, producing customer-focused digital assets that make our marketing campaigns shine. Reporting to the Graphic Design Lead, you will also need strong collaboration with a wider remote team to make this role a success.

Areas of Responsibility

• Responsible for the delivery of attractive, effective designs for a wide range of marketing and acquisition campaigns.
• Responsible for the delivery of digital assets mostly for social media channels but also email headers and templates, social media content, game assets and other ad hoc creative needs.
• Working quickly, efficiently and to a high standard through the team’s tasks and requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and support our brands’ visual identities.
• Have your finger on the industry pulse and provide creative recommendations based on competitor activity and industry trends.
• Working within campaign deadlines to ensure the smooth running of our campaign execution.

Requirements

• A passion for high-end graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio of digital design work.
• Excellent creative and conceptual skills, with a background in user acquisition.
• Advanced proficiency in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects).
• Previous experience or demonstrated exposure to the iGaming/casino industry is essential.
• Experience with Figma.
• Good video editing skills for simple designs.
• Formal training in design, with a keen interest in current design trends.
• Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
• A strong communicator who works well within a team and responds positively to feedback.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines.
