About The Role
The Graphic Designer supports the creation and execution of high-quality visual content that strengthens brand presence, marketing communications, and student recruitment across ISP schools in North America.
Reporting to the Senior Head of Brand, this role assists with conceptual design, production of marketing collateral, and delivery of digital and print graphics in alignment with all schools' brand guidelines and ISP brand guidelines.
The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Senior Head of Brand, school Admissions Directors (ADs), Heads of School (HoS), and the Regional Marketing Team to ensure all artwork requests are completed accurately, professionally, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Brand Alignment
Produce practical and creative design solutions that meet business and marketing needs while adhering to schools' brand guidelines and ISP brand guidelines.
Conceptualize new ideas and visual solutions aligned with established brand systems and design principles.
Design and create graphics for commercial, promotional, and recruitment purposes, including digital and print formats.
Prepare and design marketing collaterals such as prospectuses, leaflets, banners, billboards, newsletters, digital ads, social media visuals, and event materials.
Project Delivery & Workflow Support
Complete assigned design projects in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner.
Ensure all finished artwork files are saved, named, and stored in the agreed shared folders for easy access by schools and the Marketing Team.
Provide weekly updates on design tasks, progress, and pending items to the Senior Head of Brand.
Support for Center of Excellence Verticals
Work as a supporting creative partner within the North America Center of Excellence, producing brand-aligned design assets under the direction of the Senior Head of Brand.
Collaborate with the Senior Creative Content Producer to translate photography and video assets into static artwork, print collateral, banners, event materials, and admissions assets that support enrollment and retention.
Support Center of Excellence verticals including Online Marketing, Offline Marketing, and CRM by producing graphics optimized for their respective channels, including digital ads, print materials, and parent-facing communications.
Partner with Cluster Marketing Managers to fulfill localized design requests and school-level campaign needs across the region.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with school ADs, HoS, and members of the Marketing Team to fulfil design requests according to the ISP Marketing Processes.
Support the Senior Head of Brand in coordinating with external agencies, printers, and vendors when assigned.
Provide design support for school and regional events, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives.
General Support & Administrative Responsibilities
Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate design needs, timelines, and challenges proactively with the Senior Head of Brand.
Perform any ad hoc design or marketing-related tasks assigned by the Company.
Uphold all schools' and ISP's branding, values, and safeguarding expectations at all times.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in graphic design or visual communications (internship experience accepted).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or related design tools.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour usage, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage several concurrent tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
Familiarity with preparing artwork for both digital and print formats preferred.
