Responsibilities:
Project Delivery
- To be responsible for assigned projects and work packages to ensure that projects are delivered to meet quality and programme expectations.
- To work on BIM modelling, preparing the production of drawings and schedules that conform to both the Client's and Atlas standards.
- Keep your project line manager fully informed of all relevant project matters to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of the project to the client's satisfaction. To accurately report to your project line manager any discrepancies, additional work, anomalies, and errors on the projects.
- Identify and, if possible, resolve problem areas as and when they occur and provide recommendations to your Project Senior as appropriate.
- Support your project team with knowledge, advice, and project help as required.
- Responsible for making sure your project work is following the Atlas TAP procedures at all times.
- To undertake regular checks of both BIM and PDF drawings and procedures to ensure that delivery meets quality standards.
- Liaise with the Quality Manager to assist in reviewing, refining, and expanding the Atlas Quality Assurance Procedure Manual (TAP).
- Apply for sign-off on any OT requirements before commencing the work.
- To ensure the project is keeping to the agreed man-days and booking your time spent on the project accurately. To work on projects in an efficient and time-conscious manner.
- Assist in the profitable delivery of each assigned project by adhering to the project plan and budgets.
Client Communication
- To ensure that all communications received from the clients are clear, concise, and accurate. If not, review them with your project line manager.
- Attend project conference call meetings with clients, if requested.
Training and Development
- Achieve training goals and outcomes set for you by the company and your line manager.
- To be proactive in attending to your own personal development plan in line with CPD (Continuous Professional Development) expectations.
- To identify and report to your project line manager on any training needs that you may need, in order to complete a project.
- Ensure newcomers are assisted to become useful members of Atlas, working effectively on projects.
- Provide training to your team when and where appropriate. Identify which staff require training and help them with their development.

Qualifications:
- Newly BS Architecture Graduate
- Revit software knowledge/experience.
- Skill of other Autodesk, Bentley and Graphisoft CAD and BIM applications
- Proficient with MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A developed understanding of the BIM process (preferred)
- Knowledge of Building regulations, detailing and construction methods, in the UK, Middle East and/or Australia/NZ. (preferred)
- General experience and understanding of the international architectural industries/practices. (preferred)
