Role
The Golf Coordinator supports the Golf agents at WIN Sports Group by handling communications with clients and brands, supporting client activations, tracking deal activity and coordinating billing, supporting new client recruitment, and researching trends and potential partnership opportunities. This is a full-time, remote position.
Responsibilities
- Field incoming inquiries from clients and brands and conduct cold outreach via phone and email
- Support onsite activations, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled
- Identify potential new clients and assist with client recruitment
- Research potential marketing partnerships for clients and monitor social and business trends
- Collaborate on development of pitch decks and partnership activations
- Track deals in CRM and coordinate with finance team to ensure accurate billing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in sports management, marketing, business administration, communications, or finance, preferred
- One to three years of experience in marketing, sales, branding, or advertising, preferably in a sports context
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage time and projects effectively, prioritize multiple concurrent tasks, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Highly collaborative and communicative nature, with the ability to clearly share information and interact positively with internal and external stakeholders, including individuals with a range of personalities and work styles, and to effectively support cross-functional team objectives in a fast-moving organization
- Demonstrated high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail when handling sensitive information
- Considerable flexibility in scheduling and the willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
- Unwavering commitment to professional discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality of our clients’ personal and financial information
- Genuine passion for the world of sports and entertainment and how clients can partner with brands meaningfully and organically to build long-term business relationships and activate around ideas that matter to them
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
The pay range for this position is $60,000- $70,000 annually. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary annual bonus.
