The Go-to-Market Manager will bridge the gap between product development, marketing, and sales to ensure successful client adoption of new releases. They are responsible for packaging product updates with clear value messaging and delivering them through a recurring live Release Showcase program.
The Go-to-Market Manager turns every Dark Matter product release into a client adoption, retention, and expansion moment. The role is the bridge between Product (what is built), Marketing and Sales (how it is positioned and sold), and Training (how it is adopted).
Today, functional updates ship on a steady cadence, but client release education is passive and documentation-heavy, and training is built after deployment. This role moves that work upstream: aligning with Product early in the development cycle, packaging each release with clear value messaging, and delivering it to clients through a recurring, live Release Showcase program.
The core objective is to make training a measurable driver of contract retention, feature adoption, and cross-sell, not a cost center.
