✅ Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- 💻 GoHighLevel Expertise– Highly proficient in GHL; able to manage snapshots, build automations, set up workflows, and own the full technical backend with minimal hand-holding.
- 📣 Meta Ads Manager Proficiency– Comfortable building campaigns from scratch, navigating Ads Manager, applying the right settings, and performing ongoing optimizations based on KPIs.
- 🗣️ Crystal-Clear Spoken English– Able to communicate calmly, professionally, and patiently with established business owners (often 60s+) over audio and Zoom calls.
- 🙋 Radical Accountability– Willing to own mistakes, learn from them, and move forward. Not admitting fault is an absolute dealbreaker.

Your responsibilities include:
⚙️ GHL Management & Backend Tech
- Take full ownership of the GoHighLevel technical backend, freeing the founder to focus on sales and marketing
- Duplicate and deploy existing templates for new chiropractic and physical therapy clients
- Apply the 80/20 rule: work from the standard template (80%) and customize the remaining 20% with the client's branding, custom values, and specific details
- Build and maintain landing pages, automations, and workflows from start to finish
- Perform phone number verifications and update opportunity values based on client sales figures for established accounts
🔗 Software Integrations & Problem Solving
- Integrate Google Calendar for initial consultation and patient scheduling to establish client availability
- Creatively solve the 'custom 20%' challenge: determine how clinic EMR systems (e.g., ChiroTouch) can communicate with Google Calendar
- If EMR integration isn't HIPAA compliant or feasible, build custom availability blocks directly into the GHL calendar
- Set up custom domains (via subdomains) to ensure client emails are sent from their actual domain
- Connect Facebook Messenger and Facebook Lead Forms to drive fast results for new clients
📊 Meta Ads Management
- Build and launch Meta ad campaigns completely from scratch for chiropractic and physical therapy clinic clients
- Navigate Ads Manager confidently and follow agency guidelines on which default Meta settings to turn off
- Perform ongoing campaign optimizations, track KPIs, and evaluate performance regularly
- Proactively pitch new campaign ideas and bring creative strategies to the table
- Stay current on Meta Ads best practices; Google Ads experience is a bonus for future growth
🤝 Client Onboarding & Customer Success
- Sit in on onboarding calls initially to learn the process alongside the founder
- Communicate professionally and patiently with established chiropractic business owners, many of whom may be frustrated or unfamiliar with digital tools
- Know your limits: ask for guidance rather than guess and risk making a costly error
- Eventually, independently manage 2nd, 3rd, and 4th follow-up and tweak calls with clients
- Take over the process of obtaining Business Manager and software access from clients as you ramp up
📋 SOP Creation & Process Documentation
- Record onboarding and setup sessions via Zoom to build training materials for future use
- Use AI tools and transcripts to draft Standard Operating Procedures for the tasks you are learning and owning
- Manually review and refine all AI-generated SOPs to correct inaccuracies — AI is a tool, not a replacement for judgment
- Build the internal documentation library that the agency has never had before
📈 Reporting, Analytics & Professional Development
- Take full ownership of generating monthly performance reports and dashboards for clients
- Attend mandatory weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly agency scaling calls hosted by top industry players (on company time)
- Represent the agency professionally on these calls, participate actively, and bring actionable insights back to the team
- During downtime, systematically research and identify new chiropractic clinic prospects based on specific parameters (e.g., $2M+ revenue, starting in New England and expanding down the East Coast)
- Continuously upskill using the agency's provided coaching portal
