Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel Automation Developer / Executive Assistant who can take ownership of backend systems, CRM workflows, and automation processes while also supporting executive-level operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and experienced in building scalable systems from the ground up. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with marketing agencies, understands digital marketing workflows, and can confidently manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, optimize, and manage GoHighLevel automations, funnels, workflows, and CRM systems

  • Develop onboarding systems and backend operational processes from scratch

  • Manage CRM organization, tagging, pipelines, lead tracking, and automation sequences

  • Support executive operations and administrative tasks as needed

  • Ensure workflows and systems are efficient, scalable, and properly documented

  • Monitor and improve automation performance and overall system functionality

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, CRM, and automation trends

  • Maintain confidentiality and proper access/security controls across platforms and systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders independently

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience

  • Strong knowledge of backend systems, workflows, and automation development

  • Experience creating onboarding systems and CRM management processes

  • Ability to build and implement systems independently from scratch

  • Previous experience working with marketing agencies is highly preferred

  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus

  • Familiarity with Canadian regulations, particularly Ontario PIPA/privacy compliance

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating third-party tools and platforms

  • Knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing strategies

  • Experience handling multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously
