Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, curious individuals to join our virtual team as Global Travel Specialist. In this role, you will help clients explore destinations, compare vacation experiences, and organize arrangements that match their interests, timeframe, and budget.

Client requests may include international getaways, all-inclusive resorts, cruises, European vacations, family trips, couples escapes, group experiences, tours, and other leisure travel. This position is a good fit for individuals who enjoy researching new destinations, working with customers, and creating personalized solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Learn about each client's destination interests, vacation goals, dates, and budget
• Research domestic and international vacation possibilities
• Compare hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, excursions, transportation, and packages
• Recommend options based on client preferences and trip requirements
• Share relevant information about destinations, accommodations, amenities, and available experiences
• Assist clients with coordinating selected services through approved supplier resources
• Prepare and organize reservation confirmations and trip information
• Review traveler details and arrangements for accuracy
• Monitor payment schedules and important planning deadlines
• Maintain communication with clients before their departure
• Respond to routine questions and assist with reservation updates when needed
• Maintain accurate client and booking records
• Continue expanding knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and vacation products

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and comfortable assisting a variety of clients
• Interested in learning about destinations and vacation experiences
• Strong research and information-comparison abilities
• Organized with careful attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple client requests independently
• Comfortable working in a virtual environment
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Willing to learn digital booking systems and supplier platforms
• Reliable internet access and compatible device
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
