Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Global Partner Enablement & Sales Excellence Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and executing the company’s go‑to‑market strategy across all sales and distribution channels. This role blends strategic planning, data‑driven decision‑making, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure that each channel—direct, indirect, partner, or distributor—delivers sustainable growth and a consistent customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the multi‑channel strategy to support revenue, market share, and customer acquisition goals.
  • Identify new channel opportunities and evaluate their potential impact on growth and profitability.
  • Build annual channel plans, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.
  • Conduct competitive and market program analysis to benchmark performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Recommend channel mix adjustments based on data insights and business priorities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align channel initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop channel‑specific campaigns, messaging, and enablement materials.
  • Work with Product teams to ensure offerings meet channel needs and customer expectations.
  • Support the development and management of partner programs, incentives, and performance frameworks.
  • Ensure partners have the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.
  • Oversee channel governance, ensuring consistency in pricing, promotions, and brand standards.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with teams to streamline processes.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in channel strategy, sales strategy, business operations, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms).
  • Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking — able to see the big picture and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Data‑driven mindset — comfortable using insights to guide decisions.
  • Relationship building — strong interpersonal skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • Execution excellence — ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results.
  • Adaptability — thrives in fast‑moving, evolving environments.

 

Compensation: $88,000 to $120,000, plus sales compensation incentive
