Global Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator

Role Overview: We are seeking a creative thinker passionate about social media, marketing, and lead generation. The Global Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator will oversee, strategize, plan, execute, and grow our global competitions for high-school students. This role involves managing different projects, overseeing online events, generating leads, leading marketing campaigns for the Global Business Development Team.

About Crimson’s Global BD Team: We host a number of online events, programs, competitions like Case competition, Essay competition, debate competition, MUNS in partnership with YMUN & HMUN, etc with the goal of lead generation, brand awareness, and ensuring Crimson is the leading ed-tech consultancy for college admissions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with schools, student organizations, and other relevant bodies to expand the reach and participation of our global competitions among high-school students.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, negotiating terms, coordinating joint initiatives, and ensuring mutually beneficial collaboration throughout the partnership lifecycle.

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy that supports lead generation and brand awareness for the competitions, helping establish them as leading global opportunities for high-school students.

  • Plan, launch, and oversee global competitions (such as case competitions, essay competitions, and debate competitions), managing timelines, deliverables, and partner relationships from end to end.

  • Liaise with internal marketing, content, and product teams to ensure each competition is well-supported by marketing collateral, social content, and campaign messaging.

  • Track and report on partnership performance for each competition, including lead quality, engagement, and conversion, to identify opportunities for renewal, expansion, or new collaborations.

  • Represent the competitions at partner-facing events, calls, and meetings, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners while proactively sourcing new partnership opportunities to grow competition participation.

  • Support occasional marketing and promotional efforts (e.g., social media coordination, email campaigns) as needed to amplify competition-related partnership initiatives, though this is a secondary function to the core partnership management work.

  • Lead nurturing & conversion optimization: manage participant engagement throughout the competition lifecycle, working closely with Marketing and BD teams to nurture leads, improve conversion rates, and optimize the journey from prospect to qualified lead.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

  • 3+ years work experience in marketing or education consultancy

  • Experience in one or multiple areas of social media, marketing, growth, content, or community management, ideally with a Gen Z or student audience (ages 14–19).

  • Strong understanding of how to grow and manage a tiktok & LinkedIn business account to drive engagement and generate leads

  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills — including video editing and graphic design.

  • Demonstrated project management experience.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and campaign management.

  • A strong sense of ownership – you’re not just looking for tasks to complete, but areas to take full responsibility for and grow. You’ll be trusted to lead, experiment, and build with autonomy.
