We are partnering with a growing international fintech and trading organisation seeking a Global Head of Business Development to lead and expand Introducing Broker (IB) relationships across key international markets.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving global revenue growth, strengthening high-value partnerships, and supporting long-term expansion across multiple regions. The position combines hands-on commercial execution with team leadership, acting as a senior representative of the organisation in partner negotiations, industry events, and executive-level discussions.
The successful candidate will bring strong IB network expertise, international commercial experience, and the ability to scale structured growth strategies across diverse markets.
Define and execute the global business development strategy with a strong focus on Introducing Brokers (IBs) and strategic partnerships
Identify, engage, and develop long-term relationships with high-value IBs across EMEA and international markets
Lead negotiations, onboarding processes, and ongoing management of IB agreements and commercial contracts
Establish KPIs and monitor partner performance to drive sustainable revenue growth and engagement
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver tailored partner solutions
Assess new market opportunities and analyse competitive landscapes to support expansion initiatives
Represent the organisation at international conferences, industry events, and senior partner meetings
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing international business development and IB management team
Provide senior management with structured reporting on pipeline development, growth metrics, and strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all operating jurisdictions
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development, IB management, or strategic partnerships within financial services, fintech, FX, CFDs, brokerage, or trading platforms
Proven expertise in managing and scaling Introducing Broker networks internationally
Demonstrated experience leading international or multi-location commercial teams
Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products including FX, CFDs, equities, and derivatives
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
Track record of delivering measurable revenue growth through partnership-driven expansion
Strategic, analytical mindset with strong commercial judgement
Willingness to travel internationally and operate across multiple time zones
Additional European, Asian, or LATAM languages considered an advantage
Executive-level leadership role within a dynamic and expanding fintech organisation
