GHL Specialist with Video Editing Exp

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time basis.

This is not a basic VA role. We need someone with strong, hands-on experience building and managing websites, funnels, automations and systems inside GoHighLevel.

You will initially support multiple businesses and client projects. The ideal candidate is versatile, independent and able to step into related tasks when needed to help keep the business running smoothly.

You should be able to take a project from setup through testing and troubleshooting, rather than simply following tutorials or making basic edits.

Key Responsibilities

GoHighLevel & Website

• Build and edit websites in GoHighLevel.
  
• Build landing pages and sales funnels.
  
• Create forms, surveys and calendars.
  
• Set up and maintain pipelines.
  
• Build workflows and automations.
  
• Set up email and SMS automation.
  
• Set up products, payments and checkout pages.
  
• Connect domains and integrations.
  
• Test funnels and systems before launch.
  
• Troubleshoot GHL issues independently.
  
• Manage membership and course areas.
  
• Upload and organise content.
  
• Ensure websites and funnels are mobile responsive.
  
• Make basic HTML/CSS changes when required.
  

Video & Content Support

• Create short videos to support funnels, websites, courses and marketing campaigns.
  
• Edit short-form videos and promotional content.
  
• Repurpose longer videos into shorter content when required.
  
• Create simple videos to accompany funnel or membership/course content.
  

The client currently uses tools such as Flicky and HeyGen for video production, so familiarity with AI-assisted video creation is an advantage.

What We're Looking For

You must have:

• Strong, practical GoHighLevel experience.
  
• Previous experience personally building GHL websites and funnels.
  
• Hands-on experience creating workflows and automations.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot problems independently.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
• Good written English.
  
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
  
• Video editing experience.
  
• Experience with CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
  
• Reliable internet and computer.
  
• Ability to manage your own workload and deadlines.

Skills Validation

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a paid practical skills test.

The client will first interview candidates to assess communication, attitude and overall fit. Candidates who progress may then be asked to complete a practical task to validate their actual GHL and video skills.

Examples may include building or recreating a simple funnel, setting up an automation or producing a short video based on specific instructions.

Working Style

The client manages several businesses and wants to build a team with overlapping capabilities. You do not need to be an expert in every business, but you should be flexible enough to support related tasks or provide coverage when another team member is unavailable.

Strong ownership, adaptability and the ability to work independently are important for this role.
