Role Overview

We are seeking friendly, resourceful individuals to join our virtual team as Getaway Services Specialists. In this role, you will work directly with clients who are looking for help organizing their next vacation. You will gather trip details, explore available experiences, and assist with coordinating the services they choose.

Depending on the client, you may work with beach escapes, resort vacations, cruises, all-inclusive packages, family trips, romantic getaways, group vacations, tours, activities, and international destinations.

This is a beginner-friendly opportunity. Previous experience in the travel industry is not required, and training is available to help you develop the necessary skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand the type of vacation they have in mind
  • Gather details such as dates, destination preferences, budget range, and special requests
  • Search approved resources for accommodations, cruises, packages, transportation, and experiences
  • Evaluate different choices based on each client's individual priorities
  • Share relevant options and explain important features or inclusions
  • Answer general questions and provide helpful planning information
  • Assist with securing selected services through approved supplier platforms
  • Review reservation information to ensure important details are correct
  • Keep booking confirmations and trip information organized
  • Track upcoming payments and other time-sensitive requirements
  • Follow up with clients when decisions or additional details are needed
  • Provide reservation updates and useful information before departure
  • Assist with standard modifications or service requests
  • Document client communications and maintain current records
  • Participate in continued destination and supplier education

  • Willing to learn supplier technology and booking systems
  • Reliable internet connection and compatible device
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another qualifying region
