In this position, you will not simply be typing words; you will be managing the entire psychological and behavioral architecture of our ad creative:

High-Yield Asset Creation & Target Audience Psychology

• Direct-Response Copywriting: Draft highly compelling advertorials and long-form sales copy specifically tailored for D2C wellness, skincare, and nutrition brands (focusing on products like joint supplements, anti-aging formulas, and functional beverages).
• Audience Empathy: Your target consumer demographic is typically aged 45+, highly skeptical, and frequently let down by alternative brands. Your copy must rapidly earn their trust, counter objections, and secure the conversion.
• Deep Consumer Research: Mine valuable market insights by auditing customer reviews, Reddit threads, support tickets, and raw historical ad performance data to uncover true, deep-seated emotional pain points and forge them into unmissable hooks.

AI Integration & Data-Driven Optimization

• AI-First Workflows: Co-pilot with our proprietary AI drafting engines to handle the heavy lifting of structural frameworks and initial layouts. You will then apply your elite human editing skills to polish, refine, and elevate the copy. The final asset must read flawlessly, as lazy or unpolished AI outputs are strictly prohibited.
• Performance Analysis: Decode the creative numbers by actively reviewing and reacting to your own metrics. If an advertorial's CTR begins to drop, you will instantly diagnose whether the hook, lead, or creative angle is missing the mark, and deploy a fresh, optimized iteration within 24 hours.
• Agile Testing: We prioritize execution velocity over perfectionism. You know how to strike a perfect balance between high-volume production and sharp execution, understanding that misplaced perfectionism drains capital, while strategic polish optimizes ROAS.

Your Professional DNA

We are seeking a radically autonomous digital strategist who thrives without micromanagement, treats deadlines as sacred obligations, and possesses an innate hunger to dissect the underlying mechanics of winning advertisements.

Minimum Requirements

• Professional Background: 2 to 3+ years of proven, professional direct-response copywriting experience under your belt, developed either within a fast-paced agency environment or a high-volume freelancing career.
• Linguistic Skills: German at a true native or C2 level is absolutely mandatory for consumer-facing copy, combined with fluency in English to collaborate seamlessly with our internal team.
• Direct-Response Frameworks: Complete mastery over conversion-focused copywriting structures (including Hooks, PAS, Unique Mechanisms, Social Proof, and high-intent CTAs). You intuitively understand how copy flows across different digital ad formats.
• Technical Fluidity: You view generative AI tools as a creative amplifier to automate repetitive structural tasks, rather than a replacement for your own copy instincts and strategic thinking.

Nice-to-Haves

• A successful track record writing high-performing advertorials and native advertising campaigns (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).
• Direct vertical experience writing copy within the health, beauty, wellness, or biohacking sectors.

• Base Salary: A competitive tier of €40,000 – €55,000 gross p.a., tailored directly to your individual qualifications and experience.
