Requirements

• Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all client-facing communication will be conducted in German.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes.
• A strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited to the Customer Support Services environment.
• Proficiency in English at a functional working level to facilitate internal team communication and training.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a consistently positive and professional attitude.
• Previous experience in Customer Support Services, call centre operations, or a related client-facing role is advantageous but not strictly required — full training is provided.
