This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, delivery timelines, and technical specifications.
• Process orders accurately and handle changes or cancellations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's manufacturing processes and product offerings to assist customers effectively.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Support the sales team by providing customer insights and feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• A proactive approach to customer service and a willingness to learn about products and processes.
