Your Role

As a German-speaking Client Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide professional support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with their questions, requests, and account-related matters.

• Use internal systems and tools to provide accurate and efficient support.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to maintain excellent service standards.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to a new culture and working environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Previous client support or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
