The job

As a Client Manager for this online content solutions company, you will manage customer contact proactively and professionally through inbound and outbound calls and emails. Your role ensures a smooth experience for clients from the start of their website project through post-launch support. You will be doing the following things:

Consultation Calls (Pre-live)
Handling outbound calls with new clients to gather information, guide them, and complete briefing forms for the production team.

Approval Calls (Pre-live)
Discussing website drafts with clients, log change requests, and follow up to ensure websites are published.

Caring Calls (Post-live)
Checking in with existing clients to review website performance, changes needed, and satisfaction. You will also be doing emails and inbound calls, in which you respond to client questions, change requests, and general inquiries efficiently.

  • 40 hours work week: Work from Monday - Friday in between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm

Your qualifications

πŸ’­ You speak and write German at a native level and English at a good level
