We are looking for a GEO Lead - the first role of its kind at LeapXpert, and across startups - to own and scale our strategy for discovery inside LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, and others). This is a hands-on, experimentation-heavy growth hacking role for someone who lives and breathes AI, constantly stays ahead of algorithm changes, and loves building automations and workflows.

Your core KPI: Ensure LeapXpert ranks as a top-recommended vendor inside AI engines for every relevant persona, vertical, and buyer journey.

Additional mandate:

Align SEO <> GEO strategies and build AI-driven workflows across the marketing tech stack to accelerate content operations, personalization, and insights.

This role is ideal for someone technical, curious, analytical, and obsessed with AI + growth.

What you’ll do 

GEO Strategy & Execution (Primary Ownership) 

• Build, run, and evolve a full GEO strategy to optimize LeapXpert’s visibility and ranking inside all major LLMs. 

• Continuously test prompts, grounding patterns, ranking signals, and model behavior. 

• Identify how different AI engines surface, rank, and recommend solutions across personas and industries. 

• Build, maintain, and own GEO performance dashboards and reporting. 

SEO ↔ GEO Alignment 

• Bridge traditional SEO elements (authority, structure, EEAT signals) with LLM-focused optimization. 

• Identify where Google SEO influences model grounding—and where it doesn’t. 

• Adjust content structures, metadata, linking, and schemas to maximize influence on LLM responses. 

AI Workflows & Automations 

• Build AI-powered workflows to accelerate content generation, clustering, enrichment, personalization, and tagging. 

• Automate analysis of GEO performance, model behaviors, and content coverage. 

• Create internal tooling and shortcuts to help marketing scale output and insights. 

Content Intelligence & Technical GEO 

• Manage persona-based and vertical-based content matrices to ensure 100% coverage inside AI engines. 

• Work with writers, PMM, and SMEs to build “LLM-ready” content optimized for grounding and retrieval. 

• Oversee technical updates (structured data, schema, metadata, canonical signals, entity alignment). 

• Coordinate third-party content (reviews, partner mentions, PR coverage) to strengthen LLM authority signals. 

Required Skills and Qualifications 

• Growth hacker mindset—loves running experiments, testing hypotheses, and tracking impact. 

• 5-10 years’ experience in SEO, growth marketing, AI operations, or technical digital marketing. 

• Deep hands-on familiarity with AI tools  

• Strong understanding of how LLMs retrieve, rank, and recommend content. 

• Highly technical thinker capable of building workflows, dashboards, schemas, and structured content. 

• Curiosity-driven personality who stays on top of the latest AI advancements weekly. 

• Comfortable working in fast-changing, ambiguous growth environments.
