Role Overview

As a Geo Growth Manager, you will spearhead the expansion and development of the merchant portfolio in targeted geographical areas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic growth initiatives and influence product development by collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will identify new payment methods, currencies, and providers to enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the existing merchant portfolio within a specific geographical area.

  • Identify expansion opportunities, including new payment methods and acquiring routes.

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers on upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

  • Prepare product positioning tailored to each geographical area's characteristics.

  • Collect and relay merchant feedback to the Product team.

  • Analyze market trends and competitive offerings.

  • Support complex merchant discussions and negotiations.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of PSPs, payment methods, acquiring, currencies, and merchant payment flows.

  • Ability to identify growth opportunities within an existing merchant portfolio and translate them into measurable revenue outcomes.

  • Experience in analyzing local market trends and regional merchant needs to drive GEO-specific growth strategies.

  • Ability to work effectively with Account Management, Product, and Commercial teams to support upsell/cross-sell initiatives.

  • Confident in leading complex merchant discussions and gathering actionable feedback.

  • Languages: English, Russian.

  • Experience in fintech.
