In this role, you will be responsible for product growth using paid marketing in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

About the role:

We are looking for a Marketing lead who will own paid acquisition for Findies new product angles across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, scaling spend efficiently while improving unit economics.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead a team of 2–3 marketing managers: hiring, onboarding, and mentoring.
  • Analyze performance, measure results, and compile reports for all campaigns, forming clear takeaways, next steps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Test and optimize new setups and approaches across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Automate marketing processes together with MarTech manager.
  • Provide feedback on creative ad briefs and ready-to-launch ad assets.
  • Work on landing funnels and implement ideas together with the PMM.
  • Conduct competitor research and implement insights into traffic acquisition.

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid acquisition on Meta and/or TikTok.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets of at least $500K per month.
  • Desire to be a leader.
  • Strong understanding of key acquisition metrics and unit economics.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
