General Admin

Join a growing cleaning services business that supports multiple property management companies and plays an essential role in keeping operations organized and clients informed. You'll help ensure completed jobs are tracked, clients receive timely updates, and invoices are processed accurately while supporting the company's continued growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor completed cleaning jobs to ensure they are properly closed out and updated in the system.
  • Send job completion reports and photos to clients after services are finished.
  • Process invoices through the company's CRM once jobs are ready for billing.
  • Enter new jobs into the CRM and assign them to the appropriate cleaning team when instructed.
  • Track recurring cleaning schedules and follow up on any jobs that have not been completed.
  • Communicate with cleaning teams via WhatsApp to request missing information, photos, or job updates.
  • Keep client records and job statuses updated across company systems.
  • Learn and work within multiple property management CRMs as the business grows.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks for the owner's related business if workload allows.

Be an important part of a collaborative cleaning operations team, working closely with management and cleaning teams to ensure jobs are completed accurately, client updates are delivered on time, and day-to-day operations remain organized as the business continues to grow.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to keep track of recurring jobs, completed work, outstanding tasks, reports, photos, invoices, and client updates without missing details.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and working in CRM platforms such as Jobber and additional property management software.
  • Follow-Through: Able to work independently while waiting for responses or approvals, identify missing information, follow up with cleaners, and keep work moving forward.
  • Clear Communicator: Maintains clear internal communication and keeps management informed of outstanding issues through WhatsApp and written updates.
  • Experience: General work experience is required.
