General Admin
Join a fast-paced business finance company where speed, accuracy, and organization keep deals moving forward. You'll play an essential role in handling email-based data entry for approval and decline updates while supporting a growing operations team in a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor a shared email inbox throughout the workday and respond promptly to approval and decline requests.
- Complete email-based data entry by copying deal information into existing email threads and sending standardized approval responses.
- Process decline emails using predefined templates and approved decline reasons.
- Search existing email conversations to locate the correct deal thread before replying.
- Accurately copy and paste commission structures, notes, and required deal information into outgoing emails.
- Enter underwriting notes, such as requests for financial statements or other documentation, when instructed.
- Escalate unfamiliar situations or questions to the manager during training.
- Gradually take on additional administrative responsibilities, including contract requests, payoff letters, and other operational tasks as experience grows.
- Maintain fast response times to ensure brokers receive updates as quickly as possible.
- Communicate primarily through email. Internal calls only.
Who You'll Work With:
Be part of a collaborative business finance operations team that works closely together to keep deal processing efficient and accurate. You'll receive hands-on training, work directly with your manager during onboarding, and gradually support daily administrative operations.
Who We're Looking For:
- Highly Responsive: Comfortable remaining at the computer throughout the workday and responding to emails promptly.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to accurately copy, paste, and transfer information without introducing errors.
- Organized: Capable of managing a high volume of emails (approximately 100–200 daily) while keeping everything up to date.
- Computer Proficient: Comfortable working with email, browser tabs, and basic online tools throughout the day.
- Adaptable: Willing to take on additional administrative responsibilities as knowledge of the business grows.
- Experience: General work experience is required.
