As a Functional Consultant, you are the interface between the customer's vision and the technical implementation, helping to create seamless in-store and digital experiences.

Location: Mobile Work (Mexico)


What you’ll do
• Create and communicate a clear product vision that drives customer value
• Prioritize features and own decisions around delivery and scope
• Translate customer needs into actionable development stories and user requirements
• Lead functional workshops and training sessions
• Validate custom functionalities against user preferences and acceptance criteria
• Act as a trusted liaison between customers and delivery teams, especially for system customizations and integrations

What you bring
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Experience in retail software environments is a strong plus
• Solid technical foundation: Linux, Databases / SQL, XML / UML
• Understanding of retail processes and operations: POS, Backoffice systems, ERP, store workflows
• Experience in configuration, integration/interfaces, system customization and wireframing
