🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 4.30 pm PST
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work directly with customers to understand their business requirements and help them optimize financial workflows through the spend-management platform.
- Analyze customer data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance automation and process efficiency.
- Configure system modules based on best practices and project needs.
- Educate customers on newly released features and explain their business impact.
- Support testing cycles, user adoption, and go-live phases.
- Collaborate with a global Professional Services team (consultants, PMs, solution experts).
- Manage multiple tasks in parallel with strong ownership and organizational skills.
What You Need to Succeed
Must-haves
- Experience working with cloud-based / SaaS systems.
- Background in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay, Purchase-to-Pay, or similar finance-related workflows.
- Strong communication skills and a structured, analytical work style.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Experience in consulting, finance, or accounting roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or similar field.
- Fluency in English (mandatory for customer-facing interactions).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O, NAV/Business Central, or Infor M3.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools.
