Frontend (Must-Have)

React & TypeScript: Strong, battle-tested production experience.

UI & State Management: Proficient with Ant Design (or similar component libraries) and TanStack (Query/Router/Table).

Product Orientation: Ability to think like a product owner, optimizing for user value and business impact.
Backend (Strong Plus / Optional)

Solid experience with Python and Django.

Familiarity with Pydantic for data validation is a great bonus.

Hands-on experience using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to optimize coding speed, refactoring, and debugging.
