We're looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager with expertise in Genesys Cloud, VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, Cloud Communications, and AI-driven Voice Solutions. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for next-generation cloud media and telephony platforms while partnering with engineering, business, and customer teams.
Experience with CCaaS, UCaaS, Contact Center, IVR, Conversational AI, Voice Bots, API-first platforms, RTP, and Developer Ecosystems is highly preferred.
