About the Role

We are hiring disciplined, academically strong, and structured teachers to deliver live online classes for CBSE and SSC curriculum students (Grades 4–10).

This is a high-responsibility academic delivery role. Teachers will be responsible not only for live teaching but also for student assessment, performance tracking, and structured reporting.

This position requires subject versatility and strong classroom management skills in an online environment.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Delivery

• Conduct live online classes (small batch format – max 20 students)
  

• Teach all major subjects including:
  

  • Mathematics
    

  • Science
    

  • English
    

  • Social Science
    

  • Hindi / Regional Language (basic academic support level)
    

  • Computer / IT fundamentals
    

• Use real-life examples and application-based teaching methods
  

• Maintain structured daily teaching discipline
  

Assessment & Evaluation

• Prepare class tests, worksheets, and assignments
  

• Conduct monthly assessments
  

• Evaluate answer sheets manually
  

• Maintain academic accuracy and grading integrity
  

LMS & Digital Systems

• Use LMS platform for:
  

  • Attendance tracking
    

  • Assignment uploads
    

  • Test creation
    

  • Marks entry
    

• Maintain updated academic records digitally
  

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare structured performance reports
  

• Identify student strengths and improvement areas
  

• Attend monthly academic review meetings with:
  

  • Academic Counsellor
    

  • Parents (if required)
    

Academic Standards

• Maintain punctuality and professionalism

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school (CBSE / SSC)
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (B.A / B.Sc / B.Com as applicable)
  

• B.Ed (Mandatory for school-level teaching)
  

• Strong command over core academic subjects
  

• Ability to handle multi-subject teaching up to Grade 10 (and subject depth for higher grades if required)

• Good command of English communication
  

• Ability to explain concepts using practical real-life examples
  

• Experience in preparing question papers and structured tests
